Community rules
Last updated: October 19, 2026. These rules apply to public profiles, shared decks, usernames and reports.
Be respectful
- No harassment, hate, threats, or targeting other players.
- No sexual, violent or adult content in usernames or shared content.
- No impersonating other people, companies or AI products.
Protect privacy
- Never share your own or anyone else’s real name, address, school, email or other personal details in public fields.
- Under-13 profiles are always private and use generated usernames.
Play fair
- No cheating, bots, scripts, or exploiting bugs for rewards.
- No buying, selling or trading accounts or cards — everything is earned free in-game.
Reporting
Report a public player from their profile page, or send a private request through the support page. Include what happened and when. Reports are reviewed by administrators.
Enforcement
- Community restriction: removes public profile and sharing privileges.
- Gameplay restriction: pauses gameplay, packs and rewards.
- Restrictions can be temporary or permanent depending on severity. Every action and its reason is recorded in an audit log.
Appeals
Think a restriction was a mistake? Send a support request explaining why. An administrator will review the decision and reply through your support request.
